Everything is superb! i did notice though that there is an inconsistency with the guacamole recipe/ingredients. It says to grate the onion but onion isn’t listed in the guacamole ingredients. I checked it against your other guacamole recipe (the one dedicatedly purely to guacamole) and it states onion in the ingredients list there.
